Refunds and Returns

1. Introduction
This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued for products and services purchased through Evidenced Education Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing a subscription or accessing our online resources, you agree to this Refund Policy and the associated Terms and Conditions.
2. Annual Subscription Payments
Access to Evidenced Education resources is provided through an annual 12-month subscription, payable in full at the time of purchase.
Once payment has been received and access granted, your subscription will remain active for twelve (12) months from the date of activation.
3. Non-Refundable Services
All subscription payments are non-refundable once access to the online platform or downloadable materials has been granted.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Accessing online resources, templates, or documents;
- Viewing, downloading, or printing any materials provided as part of your subscription;
- Using any part of the Evidenced Education online platform.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, digital content providers are not required to offer refunds once a digital product or resource has been accessed or downloaded.
By purchasing a subscription, you consent to immediate access to the digital materials and acknowledge that your right to cancel or request a refund ends once access begins.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered under the following limited circumstances:
- If a technical error on our part prevents you from accessing the website or materials after payment has been confirmed, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe; or
- If you are charged in error (for example, a duplicate transaction).
Any such refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the payment date, providing full details of the issue and proof of purchase.
5. Cancellations and Renewals
- Your annual subscription automatically expires after 12 months.
- You may choose not to renew your subscription at the end of the term.
- If you renew your subscription, payment will again be required in full for the next 12-month period, subject to the terms in effect at that time.
No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for early cancellation or non-use of the service.
6. Intellectual Property and Fair Use
All materials provided through Evidenced Education Ltd remain the intellectual property of Evidenced Education Ltd and are protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Any copying, sharing, or redistribution of content without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Unauthorised use of materials does not entitle the user to any refund or compensation.
